New Leaf Lawn and Landscaping LLC is a family owned and operated business, started by the father-son team of Robert and Christopher Rippy, Sr. They share a passion for quality and excellence in service and believe in “total customer satisfaction.”

Robert Rippy - Owner, Operator.
Rob has been working in the lawn and landscaping industry for the past 5 years as well as an additional 5 years of garden nursery experience. Rob also has had extensive experience in management and sales.

Christopher Rippy, Sr. - Owner, Office Manager
Chris has more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service.

Tracy Cooper - Accounts Manager
Tracy has been working in the lawn and landscaping industry for the past 7 years and has extensive experience in customer service and relations. She is in charge of account relations and management and is an invaluable addition to the New Leaf Lawn and Landscaping LLC team.

Erin Rippy - Marketing Director, Webmaster
Erin holds a degree in Graphic Design and has 6 years of experience working in digital graphics and web design.
